In this webinar, we will discover how play supports emotional regulation, and we will think about how anxiety can disrupt the ability to engage in play. We’ll dive into developmental play stages and why play remains essential throughout each stage of life. In addition to understanding the core elements of therapeutic play, we shall identify play techniques that can promote emotional regulation and a soothing sense of calm.
