Listening to stories of change
The evaluation uses an approach called Most Significant Change. It starts by asking people who have experienced change to describe what mattered to them and why.
Listening to these stories helps us understand how change happens in different places and the role that relationships play. It also gives people involved in the programme a voice in reflecting on what has worked and what can be learned.
Bringing Fostering Wellbeing to life
Pioneers have taken what they have learned through Fostering Wellbeing and applied it in their own services and communities. They have brought people together, shared ideas and encouraged new ways of supporting foster carers, children and young people.
The evaluation is an opportunity to learn from their experiences and recognise the collective effort behind the programme. Thank you — diolch — to every Pioneer, member of the Fostering Wellbeing team, colleague and partner who has contributed.
