Fostering Friendly Employers is our entry-level support for employers wanting to showcase their ambition and care for foster carers and the young people they care for. There is no direct cost to this scheme and requires employers to potentially update or create and implement a policy directly supporting foster carers.
Fostering Friendly Partners is a way for employers to increase their support for foster carers by understanding the role they play in better understanding the day-to-day realities of fostering and how they can play a role in fostering. This is a paid for service and includes a range of benefits.
All Fostering Friendly businesses will help promote Foster Care Fortnight™, our annual campaign to raise the profile of fostering and highlight the need for more people to become foster carers.
